Returns
Ebooks (Does not include Audiobooks)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
You may keep your digital product after your refund is complete. We are aware that some individuals will take advantage of this policy, but we are confident that you will not. However, if an individual becomes a serial returner, then it will be up to our discretion as to whether to continue offering refunds to that individual.
To submit a request for a refund of an ebook, please send an email message to aramoormarket@michaelwisehart.com, and include the following:
- Your purchase receipt
- The reason for your refund request.
If you are requesting a refund due to difficulty using our product with your e-reader, please include in your refund request a copy of the email correspondence with Bookfunnel’s support department. Refunds will not be processed without this information.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exceptions
There will be no refunds on items marked as (Free).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
