Michael Wisehart writes books which keep your interest from the start until the last page. Settings, people and plot are created and presented in a way to keep you turning the page. I truly wish Michael had the ability to magically produce each complete series with the wave of a wand so I could see how things end without waiting for each book to be available.

Michael Wisehart is his own author. He is not like anyone else, nor should he be…he needed to blaze his own trail, and he has done so. As he is unique, so are his characters, and so is his story. You just have to read it, all of it lol! It’s an addiction get used to it, thank you sir, for your awesome work!

This book series was recommended to me because of my likes. However, I stayed because the journey the author leads you on kept me on the edge of my seat I definitely enjoyed reading it and I look forward to more as he progresses.

I am deep into my third series by Michael Wisehart, and having such a hard time putting it down. From colourful characters, endless action, and compelling intrigue, his books absolutely draw me in every time. I would have to say that him and Guy Gavriel Kay are my absolute favorite authors now, with memorable books that are such a joy to read.

Michael Wisehart crafts a fantastical world full of complex characters with whom you will fall in love (or love to hate)!!  Both ‘The Aldoran Chonicles’, and ‘The Street Rats of Aramoor’ are two parts of a richly developed world the likes of Brandon Sanderson’s ‘Stormlight Archives’ or Robert Jordan’s ‘Wheel of Time’. Readers of epic fantasy series will not be disappointed!

I started reading fantasy some 30 years ago when someone gave me a copy of terry brooks the sword of shannara which i couldnt put down, this lead to the late david eddings the belgariad series both fantastic story tellers, the reader becoming a part of their fantastic new worlds and visions. Only 1 other author in all that time has captured my attention like they did!

I discovered Michael when White Tower first came out. Since then I have read every piece of the adventure as soon as possible!

My wife and I love bonding over fantasy books. I have difficulty visualizing scenes and characters in most books, but Michael Wisehart’s The Aldoran Chronicles and Street Rats of Aramoor series’ paint vivid scenes and detailed characters in my mind.

Tim Gerard Reynolds’ narration brings these books to life. We were hooked by Shackled, and promptly devoured all books in the series before moving on to the Street Rats of Aramoor.

I have read every single book in both of Michael Wiseheart's series. They are exciting, innovative, and well written.  There were many sleepless nights reading just one more chapter...now one more, because I could not put them down. The problem was, once finished, I couldn’t wait for the next one to come out.

Michael Wisehart has the incredible skill of being able to craft an immersive world and a plot that not only draws everything together, but also gives an experience that one is not soon to forget! I met Ferrin in the Aldoran Chronicles Prequel. I connected with him from the first page (He had a really great writer). I acquired a thirst for words reading Shackled. Now four books later, and the series that predates the White Tower, I consider myself quenched and thirsty at the same time. The dialog seems as though Mr Wisehart saw the video in his mind, and wrote the words. Reading is not the same Anymore.

Michael Wisehart is an exceptional storyteller. Each of his story series has transported me into different worlds wherein I became a part of the story. I'm always ready to dive in and can't wait for more time to read. If you have not tried any of his books, you should check them out. ALL of them! They really are great! And, like me, you might find something you never thought you'd love ❤️

Michael Wisehart’s world building and character development are head and shoulders above most of his contemporaries in the fantasy genre. I can’t think of another author who has simultaneously created a prequel series interlinked with the main series, tying the book releases together.

The plot development has me on the edge of my seat. My only disappointment comes as I finish reading each book, and have to wait for the next to be released.

Wisehart’s series have become an obsession for me. I anticipate each book’s release and read each as slowly as possible to extend the experience. The characters are complex and engaging; the “world” is unique - rich in culture.

The Street Rats series is an intentionally youthful look at this world and provides the back story for some of the characters of Aldoran, which is a deviously constructed story that defeats my ability to predict outcomes. – 5 Stars!

Mr. Wisehart is a very talented author who writes extremely amazing stories that are very hard to put down. They are filled with great characters that he describes so well you can picture them standing in front of you. And the maps in the books are so detailed is easy to follow where the characters are.

He is a master storyteller and I have had the pleasure of reading all of his books so far and haven't found one I didn't like. I highly recommend his books.

This series is amazing and is such a page turner. I have never read a fantasy series quite like it. The thought put into the characters and scenes give you a real feel of being able to picture what it is really like.

I found the Aldoran Chronicles completely by chance scrolling through Amazon. I gave it a try and could never have expected that this would become my favorite fantasy series! It's basically everything I love in films put into a vibrant fantasy world with characters that are endearing and deeply likeable!

Michael Wisehart has created a world and characters that are as real as real can get. All of the books tie together, flawlessly.

One of my many favorite things is the humor.  I was laughing in places, then crying the next from laughing so hard.

The story is strong and the characters are full, some being loyal loving friends and others truly bad to the bone, to the marrow even. They are so personable that you might look up and expect them to be sitting there.

The Aldoran Chronicles has a great mixture of authentic characters, compelling stories, and vivid settings. You can feel the emotion in the storytelling. The series reminds of Shannara by Terry Brooks I read as a teenager.

I’m not a big reader and I never have been able to find a book I really enjoy; then along came The Aldoran Chronicles. I bought all four books including the prequel and I can’t put it down. Amazing pure amazing epic adult fantasy adventure series ever!

It is really rare to come across a book that captures your heart and makes you crave the next page; let alone finding a whole series! Or 2! I haven’t been addicted since J.R.R. Tolkein’s masterpieces or Mary Stewart’s Arthurian saga- and Michael Wisehart has done it!

Great characters, untouchable storyline and I’m gasping for more! Can’t wait to see what Ayrion tackles next. A true hero!

What a grand finale!  I don’t think I’ve ever cried so hard as I read the last chapter except maybe at the ending of Robin Hobb’s ending to the Fitz and his Fool! Fabulous series, Michael.  Love your writing style.

"Street Rats of Aramoor"

I stumbled upon Michael Wiseharts’ novels a little while ago and took a chance on a ‘new to me’ author to explore a genre I don’t usually seek out.

Lucky me!

I have thoroughly enjoyed his fast paced stories full of interesting characters who grow and develop along with the story line. Somehow I seem to have managed to read all of his novels and look forwards to more in the future.

One of the best fantasy writers i have come across, story calibre the likes of Eddings and Goodkind.  Full of adventure, daring, danger and fun!  His character development as each book progresses is fantastic, and the stories tie together beautifully.

I am anxiously awaiting the next book!  He always leaves us eager for more.

Michael Wiseheart draws a word picture as he tells the story of his characters. First individually and then with each book they join together. Just as the pieces of a puzzle join,  the reader gets a broader understanding of the character and how they fit into the story line.

I’ve cried, I’ve laughed and even wanted to draw a sword to fight with them. I can’t wait until the next book is available!

Michael has successfully crafted a wonderful epic fantasy world. Each main character receives cherished coverage so that we retain the feelings of continuity binding all the disparate actions taking place simultaneously in different locations. This may seem an unimportant distinction, but with a story as rich and complex as Mr. Wisehart’s, it is satisfying that the characters continue to drive the narrative rather than the other way around. Constant surprises make perfect reading. Unequivically recommended!

A quick review of the Street Rats series can be summed up in one word, phenomenal! At the end of each book, I couldn’t wait for the next book to come. The character development is awesome and the storyline keeps you wanting more. I highly recommend this series to anyone interested in fantasy stories. This one will keep you wanting more.

If you love books of magic, creatures, fighting, honour, love, humour, evil and adventure, you will love The Aldoran Chronicals

Each main character has their own stories, their own magics and the troubles they go through. You can't read the book fast enough to find out what happens next, nor put it down. It's definitely a series that will keep you on the edge of your seat and wanting more.

I Love these books and I have read all of them that he has written. Can't hardly wait for book 5 of Aldoran chronicles. And more of the Street Rats too.

There are few authors that have the talent to draw the listener so fully into the fantasy world they create and Michael Wisehart is one.  He makes the experience of listening to his books addictive.  I think my only disappointment has been when the series has finished and you are then dropped back into reality with a thud.

Never been much for paperbacks but the book series "Streets Rats Of Aramoor", held my attention all throughout the series, very well described that it helps get immersed in the book. So much immersed that I produced a live video that was integrated with the existing Street Rats Of Aramoor promo video.

Street Rats of Aramoor has become one of my family's favorite series! We got the Audiobooks to listen in the car and it is one of our go to stories for long trips!

The series is reminiscent of John Flanagan's Rangers Apprentice series (which I also recommend!) It is a great series with fun characters. I recommend it to all lovers of fantasy!

Excellent reading for any age. Highly recommended for anyone looking to read storytelling with high detail to submerge into the story itself.  Captivating! More, more, more!

I loved both “The Aldoran Chronicles” and the “Street Rats of Aramoor” by Michael Wisehart. I have been reading his books since 2016, when they first come out. They should be required reading for all fantasy enthusiasts. Michael has artfully built an absorbing cast of characters with an assortment of magical talents which blend well with each other. Both series have lots of action and adventure. Battle scenes appear to jump into your mind’s eye.
