Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

We are aware that some individuals will take advantage of this policy, but we are confident that you will not. However, if an individual becomes a serial returner, then it will be up to our discretion as to whether to continue offering refunds to that individual.

To submit a request for a refund of an ebook, please send an email message to aramoormarket@michaelwisehart.com, and include the following:

  1. Your purchase receipt
  2. The reason for your refund request.

If you are requesting a refund due to difficulty using our product with your e-reader, please include in your refund request a copy of the email correspondence with Bookfunnel’s support department. Refunds will not be processed without this information.

If you are requesting a refund due to accidentally purchasing ebooks rather than physical books, a store gift card will be issued for your order total, enabling you to purchase physical books directly from michaelwisehart.com/aramoormarket.

Exceptions

There will be no refunds on items marked as (Free).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns (if applicable) 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Books with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email with images of the damage to aramoormarket@michaelwisehart.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it is damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
